Who's responsible
Craft Concepts Digital is run by Miguel, in Vancouver, BC. I'm the person accountable for your information. Reach me any time at miguel@craftconceptsdigital.com.
Analytics (only if you say yes)
With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful. It records page views, the site you came from, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level). It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 14 months. Nothing loads until you accept.
Google processes this data on my behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States. I don't use advertising features, cross-site tracking or remarketing, and I never sell or share data.
When you get in touch
The contact forms send what you type (your name, email and the details you add about your project) to Formspree, a form service that delivers it to my inbox. Formspree processes this on my behalf and stores it in the United States. I only use it to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. I keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them, including the copy held by Formspree.
Your choices
Don't want to be tracked? Open cookie settings and choose Decline. Analytics stops and any analytics cookies already set are deleted. Want your data deleted, or just want to see what I have? Email miguel@craftconceptsdigital.com and I'll take care of it.
If you're not happy with how I've handled it, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If anything here changes, like a new tool, I'll update this page and the date at the top, and ask for consent again where it's needed.
