Who you're dealing with
Craft Concepts Digital is a one-person studio run by Miguel Monzones in Vancouver, BC. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, no hard feelings, but please don't use the site.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are starting points to help you plan, not offers. Every project gets a written proposal with its own scope, price and timeline. Only that signed agreement is binding, and if it ever conflicts with this site, the agreement wins.
No guarantees
Case studies and numbers describe real past projects. Your results will depend on your business, your market and plenty of things outside anyone's control, so nothing here is a promise of specific results.
The site is provided as is. I work hard to keep it accurate and online, but I can't promise it's always error-free or available.
Who owns what
The writing, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to Craft Concepts Digital or the clients who allowed me to show their work. You're welcome to link to it and share it. Please don't copy it, resell it or pass it off as yours.
Who owns client work is covered in each project agreement, not here.
Free tools
Free tools like Parlato come with their own open-source licence, which sets out how you can use them. They're offered free and as is.
Links to other sites
Some links go to other sites, like GitHub or LinkedIn. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what's on them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Craft Concepts Digital isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what's on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
The legal bits
