Ten steps, two gates Design first, build second

You approve the design before I build.

Start to launch, so you always know where we are. Nothing gets built until you approve the design.

the two moments that matter

Two gates, and nothing hidden.

hover or tap a gate to open it

Projects go sideways when the clock starts too early or the build starts before the design is agreed. So both are explicit.

Clock starts → Gate 1 · the start date

Discovery is not the project start.

The clock starts when the agreement is signed, the deposit is in, and your content is ready.

so your timeline is real, not decorative

Build starts → Gate 2 · the build

Design approval is the development gate.

You approve the design in writing, then I build it. Big changes after that need a revision round or a change order.

no surprises on either side

start to launch

The process.

Discovery

The business, the audience, and the one job the site has to do. As many conversations as it takes.

What we'll clarify together

  • What the business offers, and who it serves
  • The one primary action a visitor should take
  • The pages and functionality you need
  • Who will look after the site after launch
  • Existing brand material, content, systems and access
  • Timing constraints and any real launch deadline
  • Websites, layouts and visual styles you like
  • What you like and hate about each reference

Still fuzzy? We keep talking.

Recommendation, scope & a fixed quote

I recommend the right offer and platform. You get scope, price, timeline and revisions in writing.

Priced by project, never by the hour.

The deposit reserves the work. It doesn't start the clock.

Content & design inputs

You hand me the raw material. I send a brief to make it easy.

What you provide

  • Accurate business facts: services, products, prices, policies
  • Existing text, notes, brochures, decks or other source material
  • Approved photographs, testimonials, logos and brand assets
  • Any required legal, regulatory or professional wording
  • Access to your domain and accounts
  • Design pegs: sites you like, and sites you don't

I shape what you send into pages. I won't invent facts or write from nothing.

You approve what goes on the site.

The project start gate

When these are done, the clock starts:

  • Signed agreement
  • Deposit received
  • Scope and page count approved
  • Content foundation supplied and confirmed sufficient
  • Images, brand assets and account access received
  • Delivery method and platform decision recorded

If something's missing, I'll tell you exactly what.

Design draft & approval

A design draft settles layout, look and hierarchy before any code.

Unclear decisions come to you.

One round of feedback, then written approval.

Development

I build what you approved. Fixed price, so you're never billed for hours.

Updates at milestones. If the date moves, you'll know why.

My own quality pass

I test it before you see it:

Mobile and the major browsers Navigation, links, buttons, forms and booking flows Content placement and factual consistency Accessibility basics and readable contrast Performance and image sizing Foundational SEO and AEO implementation Analytics, indexing, domain and standard SSL setup where included

you shouldn't be the first person to find a broken link

Your review & revisions

One set of feedback per round.

2 roundson the three smaller sites
1 full-siteon the three bigger sites
Freeif my work doesn't match the approved design
Quotedanything outside scope, priced before it starts

Final approval, payment & launch

Once the site is approved, here's the launch sequence:

  1. T–4I run the final quality check
  2. T–3The remaining project balance is paid
  3. T–2The site goes live on the agreed domain
  4. T–1Forms, analytics, domain and SSL verified live
  5. GOOwnership handed over to you

Launch follows the final payment.

After launch

30 days of free fixes after launch.

New features and changes go through Website Care or a quote.

honest about the clock

What pauses or moves the timeline.

Life happens. Here's when the schedule may shift:

{{ p.t }} {{ p.n }}

you'll hear it from me first, with a new date.

A pause isn't billed. I run one build at a time, so it may move to the next opening.

the promise

{{ w.t }}

You approve the design first. Unclear calls come to you. Scope and price stay fixed.

That's the whole deal.

Discovery is free and starts no clock.
